Fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel and older oak, the wine offers a delicate balance between intensity and finesse. Aromas of lemon oil, white flowers, oyster shell, and crushed rock lead to a palate of zesty citrus, green apple, and flinty minerality, with impressive concentration and a long, saline finish.
