Certified biodynamic and fermented with native yeasts, this wine is raised primarily in older oak barrels to enhance texture without overwhelming the fruit. The result is a wine of fresh orchard fruit, white flowers, and subtle hazelnut, underpinned by lively acidity and a mineral core.

This is serious everyday Burgundy—refined, energetic, and food-friendly.
